Our service is intended for companionship, emotional support through conversation, and general wellbeing discussion only.

Our agents are not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or healthcare professionals unless explicitly stated.

Users remain solely responsible for decisions made based on conversations with our agents.
All sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are displayed on our website and may change at any time.
Changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
If payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend services immediately.
Customers may cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable.
If a customer fails to attend or answer a scheduled call, the session may be considered completed without refund.
Where technical failures occur due to our systems, we may offer a refund, credit, or rescheduled session.
